What the review is for

The TCPA, the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, gives you the right to sue over illegal robocalls and texts, but most people have no idea whether their calls qualify. The free case review answers that question: did these calls break the law, and if so, what might the claim be worth?

What happens after you submit

Once your form comes in, a real attorney, Max Morgan, Esq., reviews what you’ve described. This isn’t a faceless funnel that resells your information; it goes to the lawyer who would handle the case. From there:

• Max looks at whether the calls show the marks of a TCPA violation: an autodialer, a prerecorded message, no consent.
• If there may be a claim, he’ll explain what it could look like and what the next steps are.
• If there isn’t a claim, you’ll be told that too. An honest no is part of the service.

What to expect, and what not to
